Following the enactment of the Affordable Housing Act 2024, the State Department has published draft implementing regulations and opened a formal public participation window running through 30 May 2024.
The draft regulations set out detailed procedures for levy collection, fund management, unit allocation criteria, and dispute resolution mechanisms under the Affordable Housing Programme.
