The State Department has invited Expressions of Interest (EOI) from sitting tenants and other qualified buyers for the purchase of select government-owned residential houses in Nairobi and Nakuru counties.
Eligible properties are located in Lang'ata, Ngara, and Kibera (Nairobi) as well as select sites in Nakuru town, and will be sold in accordance with the government's asset disposal guidelines with priority given to long-serving sitting tenants.
